A tandem 8 plait construction braided from continuous multi-filament, stabilised, high tenacity polyester yarn here in the UK. This UV resistant cord is strong, and durable making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

You will find both our standard polyester cord in black and white as well as dutch lacing cord and a ‘pre-shrunk’ option in the most popular sizes. Pre Shrunk braid is a perfect choice for applications where the cord will be stitched into the canvas. With this polyester cord you can wash your canvases without fear the cord inside will shrink, increasing longevity of your final product.  

This tandem construction polyester braid is available in a choice of widths, ranging from 1mm to 10mm, and supplied on 100m reels for customer convenience.
