• Trade accounts are available exclusively to businesses, organizations, and professionals in relevant industries.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline trade account applications at our sole discretion
• You may be required to provide proof of business registration, VAT number, or other credentials to verify your eligibility.

1.2 Account Usage

• Trade accounts are for business purchases only and must not be used for personal or resale purposes unless explicitly authorized.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your trade account.
• Misuse of the trade account, including fraudulent activity, may result in immediate termination

1.3 Pricing and Discounts

• Trade account holders may receive special pricing, bulk discounts, or exclusive promotions as determined by us.
• Pricing and discounts are subject to change at our discretion.
• All quoted prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

1.4 Orders and Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website or as otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment terms will be as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., prepayment, credit terms, or invoicing).
• Late payments may result in suspension of your trade account and additional charges, including interest fees.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or other reasons.

1.5 Credit Accounts (if applicable)

• If a credit account is granted, payment must be made within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 30 days from invoice).
• Late payments may incur interest charges at % per month
• We may withdraw or amend credit terms at our discretion.

1.6 Delivery and Returns

• Delivery timescales are estimates and subject to availability. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
• It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 3 working days.
• We will cover the cost of a return where the item is faulty or if an error has occured on our part.
• Items ordered but not required may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in an unopened and unused state. The cost of the return is the responsibility of you the customer.
• We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to returns during transit. Please ensure you use an appropriate method and the items are properly packaged.
• Items older than 7 days may still be returned provided unused and upopened, up to one month from receipt, but there will be a restocking charge of 20% of the item value.
• We do not accept returns of unwanted items older than one month.
• Delivery charges are not refundable in the event of unwated items being returned
• Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy.

1.7 Account Suspension or Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your trade account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse.
• Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

1.8 Liability and Warranties

• We make no guarantees regarding the suitability of our products for your intended use. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to assess and determine whether the goods are appropriate for their intended application.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased goods and does not cover indirect losses, including loss of profit or business.

• Continued use of the trade account after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
